DIA United Airlines Baggage System Maintenance

Description of Project: Furnish all necessary management, labor, materials, tools supplies equipment, plant services, engineering, and testing required to maintain baggage system in optimum condition. MBR interfaces and reports to both BAE (the system designer) and to Hensel Phelps ( the prime maintenance contractor). The United Airlines Baggage Maintenance contract demonstrates MBR's ability to provide consistent and high quality maintenance support work of an extended time frame. The maintenance support requires 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency service call response for a mission critical airport system. Rising to the challenge of major engineering design flaws on a system that received national attention, MBR stepped in and made it work. The Firm prides itself in its ability to undertake and successfully perform on demanding projects. MBR has established an outstanding record of rapid and cost effective response to the full range of maintenance requirements of the United contract.

The Concourse A Baggage Maintenance contract demonstrates MBR's ability to maintain a critical system in optimum condition on ongoing basis. It also shows the ability to provide rapid and effective response to emergency service calls for mission critical systems. The maintenance support requires round the clock emergency service call response for a mission critical airport system. Faced with a baggage system plagued by numerous engineering design flaws, MBR stepped in and made it work. MBR has a proven record of providing rapid and cost effective response to the full range of maintenance requirements on the Concourse A baggage system.
