DIA Concourse A, B, C, and Main Terminal Baggage System Maintenance

Type of Contract: Optimum condition on an ongoing, Delivery Order Contract, Maintenance / Time-Material  Contract Number: 9501 Description of Project: Furnish management, labor and necessary supplies to  perform maintenance on baggage system on Concourse A, DIA. The Concourse A  Baggage Maintenance contract demonstrates MBR’s ability to maintain a critical  system in optimum condition on ongoing basis. It also shows the ability to  provide rapid and effective response to emergency service calls for mission  critical systems. The maintenance support requires round the clock emergency  service call response for a mission critical airport system. Faced with a  baggage system plagued by numerous engineering design flaws, MBR stepped in and  made it work. MBR has a proven record of providing rapid and cost-effective  response to the full range of maintenance requirements on the Concourse A  baggage system. Denver Housing Authority Maintenance Services

Type of Contract: Optimum condition on an ongoing, Maintenance / Time-Material Contract Number: 97DHA-1279 Description of Project: Furnish and install all required labor, material and equipment for electrical maintenance for housing and administrative offices at locations throughout Denver, including Quigg Newton, South Lowell, Bean Tower. This project demonstrates the Company’s ability to provide support in a coordinated and cost-effective manner. The experience gained in supporting this contract is directly relevant to new customer efforts. MBR is providing timely and cost-effective support to an ongoing contract. Period of Performance: January 1997 – November 1999 Scheduled completion: November 1999 Actual completion date: November 1999
